NEPT’s Sponsored Children Education Programme

NEPT sponsors underprivileged children in Wasso and Loliondo to attend school, covering tuition and boarding costs—a lifeline for Maasai families in remote areas. Initiated at the request of local chiefs, the program targets children facing extreme poverty, ensuring they receive quality education. Selection follows strict criteria, with decisions made in partnership with Maasai elders to prioritize the most vulnerable. A dedicated Tanzanian volunteer manages the program, coordinating with parents and guardians to ensure smooth implementation. By removing barriers like distance and financial hardship, NEPT empowers children to pursue education, break cycles of poverty, and build brighter futures for their communities.
