NEPT’s Volunteer Exchange Program
NEPT coordinates meaningful volunteer trips for UK participants to support schools in Tanzania’s Ngorongoro District. Volunteers—including students, teachers, and professionals—contribute through teaching, infrastructure projects, and skills-sharing initiatives. UK students work alongside local pupils and educators, fostering cross-cultural understanding while improving educational resources. These exchanges create lasting connections, with volunteers gaining firsthand insight into Maasai culture and Tanzanian learning environments, while local schools benefit from fresh perspectives and enhanced support. The program emphasizes mutual learning, empowering both visitors and host communities. Through collaboration, volunteers help advance NEPT’s mission while becoming global ambassadors for equitable education.
Partnering for progress! We celebrate our allies who amplify NEPT’s work to uplift Tanzanian students through education, resources, and sustainable change.
